how depressing. i went and checked something out. if i did normal methods i wood have gotten a 25 in methods

but i did methods cas where there is more competition, which is why cas scales up slightly more than normal methods. but what matters to me is my raw score not scaled score

maybe i can make an argument out of it.
Exam 1 (identical for methods and methods cas) Methods Mean: 34.0/80
Methods (CAS) Mean: 37.3/80
Methods: 18% of people got D+ or lower
Methods CAS: 14% of people got D+ or lower
(I got D+ for exam 1)
Exam 2 Methods Mean: 71.2/160
Methods CAS Mean: 79.7/160
Methods: 49% of people got C+ or lower
Methods CAS: 38% of people got C+ or lower
( I got C+ for this exam)
This is why CAS scales up more than normal methods. More than likely a 24 in methods cas should be seen equally to 25 in methods.

thoughts? haha
