oh shit, you for real???? *goes an dies with happiness*

your scores are pretty good.
nearly 100%
Plus i expect this yr's cutoff would be similar as last year.(07')
so yeah...u will be good enough to get a A+ and 48+  if ur sac ranking is high as well.

hey - sacs i have 97/100, ranked third. i want to know, do you think id be penalised twice for messing up the domain when sketching graphs? it was one of those 'i am so dumb' moments, whoever heard of messing up a domain that is pretty unrestricted????

nah. The assesors wont be too picky.
They will c that was a mistake which u have made twice.
 only one cost marks.
It is same as consequential mark.Isnt it?

Equivalent to 07? Not a chance.

For some reason everyone is saying how hard 2007 was. 2007 was a breeze compared to this year's

Question 2 was very hard (Specially for people with poor algebraic skills)
The end of Question 4 got very technical. Think i stuffed it up

Hoping for 65/80+ whilst 38/40 exam 1.

In question 3a, it asks how long TO THE NEAREST MINUTE, Tas has to find an antidote.

t=(1/2)((e^2)-1)
=3.1945 hours
=3 hours, 11.67 minutes

Now, nearest minute could be 12 (to the nearest minute, strictly), although this would mean Tas dies. So really, he should have only 3 h and 11 minutes, which means you round down.

Am i correct?

btw, trinon's solutions has it at 3h 12m.

gabrielle, I trust myself over someone who got a 28 in legal.

This is why I don't put my scores in my signature. Why can't people just mind their own business? :(

From experience with external exams I would say 3h 12m. But then, it depends on the examiner's opinion I guess.
As long as you provided a reason for your choice, however, you would probably get the mark.

thanks DivideBy0, I did actually provide the reaosn why i rounded down, so it would be mega gay if I lost the mark.

Yeah I did that too, I had the calculations equaling 191.67 minutes, and then said "Therefore Tas has 191 minutes to find the antidote."
