What parts of the U4 course have not been on previous study designs (both U3 and U4)?

U4 -  Unit 4 now includes a choice of chemicals selected from a prescribed list to illustrate the factors that affect production and contains new material on waste management, health and safety and sustainability of energy sources (fuels) generally and in Victoria in particular.
