Exam Thoughts?

and u can use either. they cant specify which one u MUST use. apparently the new busman study design which comes out i think in 2-3 years or something wont have lewins theory there anymore

performance appraisal wouldn't apply because all employees were sposed to be kicked out

hm but wasn't the question solely to do with the people who were no longer needed? because the case study said, bob was appointed to deal with all staff exiting matters or something like that

the exam was ambiguous. Since when are busman exams like that

it didnt say all were being retrenched, just said it was closing down, surely not all wouldve been retrenched, hence the need for a performance appraisal to determine which should be totally let off, or others who could be transferred to other factories

In order to discuss whether they shud be transferred to alternative plants, it shud have been used as a HR strategy.

since the plant was closing down, ALL employees wud be made redundant.
