I'm trying not to think about it! I've even managed to avoid this part of the forums(and obviously failed now). I probably wont sleep that night... I'll go out, buy some alcohol, drink all night and probably hang out on IRC. and I'm going to get online at 6:45am and check my phone as soon as it goes off.

Lol, everyone has probably read my sob stories on here dozens of times! Not expecting anything above 70, when at the start of the year, I wanted 90! :(

So now, just going to pretend the ENTER system never existed and just watch movies to my heart's content... Next on the list: The Usual Suspects. :P

I'm still considering whether or not i should go out the night before, so i don't have to see my parent on results day. That said, has anyone else noticed relatives who have never paid attention to them are suddenly taking an interest in them?  ???

YES! All throughout the year I've struggled with Methods and Specialist. Now, my father's and Engineer, and he studied both maths, and got quite remarkable results in them! So when I'm at home, I try to get to him, but he doesn't care! So it's partly my parent's fault. But, come results day; my dad wants me to get 90 (out of the question!) but how does he expect me to do that, when he never helped me with anything?

Go figure... :(

Haha, my relatives SUDDENLY care about me and what's going on. :P
My auntie has called me twice now to find out when I get my results, and requested that I call her to tell her how I went on the 15th. I barely ever speak to her. (I WILL NOT be calling her on results day btw :P)

And my 25 year old cousin has also sent me 4 messages through facebook asking what I'm expecting to get etc. She also said something like, "I got an ENTER of 94, but that was in the old VCE system. In the new VCE system I would've got a MUCH higher ENTER". And I'm like, "um.......mmmkkkk"

They are seriously competitive people.

Oh come on. If the ENTER is a percentile rank compared to everyone else, then wouldn't she get the same? One of my dads friends kept saying after I got my ENTER about 'how much easier it is these days, the old HSC was way harder, blah blah'

If anything, I'd say that it's more difficult to get a higher ENTER now then what it was 10 years ago because it just seems more competitive because more people want to get into uni, etc. But the difference wouldn't be huge, if there even was a difference. But you probably can't compare between years with 100% accuracy, some cohorts might actually be dumber than others.

Im hosting a "pre-results" party/piss up.

We are all planning to drink our selves to sleep in the spa, and be worried together.

I'm registered for the SMS.

I'm not exactly stressed at the moment, just anxious. Im going to sleep every night thinking about what Ill get. Sigh.

Can't wait for this waiting game to vbe over. And when it is, we will have offers to worry about :(

I wish I could have a pre results party. Unfortunately my school's Awards Day is on the 15th. Why couldn't it be the day after?

I'll probably fall asleep at 2am after stressing all night then drag my self out of bed at 6.30 before starting to continuously refresh results page at 6.50am lol.

2007: Psychology
2008: English, Methods, Biology, French, Music Solo        ENTER: 92.65
2009: Bachelor of Arts @ ANU
