I went back half a year twice, if that makes any sense. Moved to Europe after I finished yr 7 in Melbourne and went back into yr 7 for another half a year. Then finished yr 10 in Europe but moved back to Melbourne and went back into yr 10 for another half a year. I couldn't go forward into yr 11 because I would've missed too much or something...

Wow... I'm so afraid to travel anywhere... And then there is you. :P

It's not too bad. Everyone faces the same conditions. I actually don't mind the timetable. Spesh Friday, Spesh Monday, Methods Friday, Methods Monday and then the two sciences follow later on. It allows you (well with my subjects anyway) to focus well on the math. Of course I would rather English and Spesh were separated, but it's not as bad as people are making it out

"hard" can you please change your signature,
It is currently the year 2008, and your 2009 predictions are 36,35 and 33

year 12 subjects are not difficult, you should NOT be aiming for those sort've score. I'm guessing you are serious about your VCE, and want a decent enter score for a uni course - rather than not care about it and go to tafe/apprenticeship or something, right?

You should be aiming for 50 for each of those subjects. Are you telling me already that you are gunna try in year 12, you're gunna put the effort into your studies, and your aim is to drop a whole bunch of marks and get ~B+'s in your exams? that is silly my friend.

You should be aiming for 40+ as a minimum, and im telling you it's NOT a difficult task - it's whether you are motivated enough to do it.

Do the work for every class, don't fall behind - make yourself aware of what is on each subjects EOY Exams and of course, cram to the shit in the weeks leading up to exams.

If you do the bare minimum and learn the course as you go, then study it before exams - 40 is an extremely realistic target.

It annoys me that people have predictions like that before the year has even begun! How can you want to settle for that, when huge score are at your fingertips??

EDIT: i take back the difficulty thing i said,
but lets face it.. if you're an average to above average student - it really is as simple as learning EVERYTHING as you go.

hrmm thanks for the lecture nickalaz. But you are right, i should aim higher. Those are just blunt predictions i made based on my year 11 knowledge of the subjects and all. I might change to 50 later (Y) cheers.
