Hey,

I was reading all these posts under special consideration.  I haven't got any offers or received any kind of communication regarding this.  I am wondering what happened with my application.  I applied for special consideration ( sick with appropriate medical and school covering certificates)  to Mou. 
How do I know that they are going to consider my application?  Does anybody know it will come before or after the first offer?  I heard you won't hear anything until your results out.

These offers are only applicable to Disadvantaged schools (category 7) and special schemes like SNAP or other ones at different universities.

Special consideration does not give you an early offer, but when it comes to universities looking at your score if you're in the middle band, they might accept you based on how bad your situation was.

i got my letter two weeks ago to say that it had been approved..

Footscray is too far for me. :S... And they don't offer Law there either... Maybe I will just stick to the city Queen.

i need a clarification. [year 12 in 2009]
i submit my preferences through VTAC before november, then i wait for my ENTER in december, 1st round offers in january are out. then do i have to accept my 1st preference from VTAC?

when do the UMAT interview result actually come out?
 do i get notified before the 1st round offers of med/dentistry etc if i am successful for the med/dentistry/pharmacy course?

I did mine with the school, so I don't really know? But I never got a confirmation thingy for SEAS if that's what you're asking?
