What I noticed with me is I hate openness. I hate it when things don't have a definite answer, because I always feel indecisive, like I'll end up choosing the wrong thing, so I always lose . Even when it comes to a thing such as choosing which colour is better for a bag, blue or black. Or which burger type I should get (from a new food place). I usually just get whatever my mate gets.

That is probably why I disliked english this year, and I felt like committing suicide when I had to choose those creative writing pieces. Atleast with text essays you sort of know what to respond to.

Interestingly, I liked the creative side of English, disliked the rigidity of English that my teacher tried to instil, especially for text responses.

I also like maths though.

Oh btw, who here has done a test by mensa??
I did one earlier this year... was such a weird test... i came under the intelligent category.. one more and i could have been genius lol ... anyways my mum did the same test and she only got like 3-4 wrong !!

I dunno if they have it online.. i've only got it saved as an excel document on my computer...

I have trouble with that too =o but my way around it is to go for what I have done in the past in similar situations (eg black bag because it will blend in more in the crowd, burger that looks like a standard/default one)

And in english I had so much trouble choosing examples for essays. I concluded they were all bad ones =) But then by the end of the year, I wrote out a list and showed my english teacher and she said they were all good and then that was all good ^_^

that second test, you know which answer is going to give which side of the brain, so your more likely to subconciously choose what you want to be. i think the first ones better because you cant relaly make that subconcious decision
