Heaps of sites are blocked in China. http://www.greatfirewallofchina.org/ has a test to check whether a site is blocked in China (unfortunately, looks like it's down at the moment).
Google is blocked, Wikipedia is blocked, Flickr is blocked, MegaUpload is blocked, other sites are blocked too. Supposedly, they block all blogs as well :o

As far as I know, the main Google site (google.com) is blocked. google.cn is allowed, but search results are censored (several results are omitted)

i don't think they really block blogs? not the chinese ones anyway i reckon... because in a mock exam for chinese that i did they were talking about chinese blogs and their difference with Western blogs o.0

or build one yourself, it isnt that hard right?
