It's inspiring to see some people achieving the magic number '99.95'. I don't know how these 'kind' of people achieve it. Is it due to hard work/commitment/determination or having a genius IQ/talent/high intelligence? I'm quite awed by these type of people, I guess I'm in next line to achieving the perfect number for next year if I am committed and believe I can achieve it,. Only about 30-40 students per year achieve the perfect ENTER. Anyways, achieving an enter above 90 is still impressive :)

EDIT: My first post and I'm new to this site. I never knew a site such as this existed for VCE students such as myself.. I'm gonna download some VCE resources and study ^^

Sadly, I'd say that it seems to be a combination of both...having one and not the other typically wouldn't get you as far as 99.95

I chose "no media" when I was asked yesterday. I would hate being on TV!

But I was there, like 10 metres away from the other three from MGS who got interviewed and appeared on the news.
2007- History Revs (44)[46], Chinese SL (32)[44]
2008- English (50)[50], Literature (50)[50], Methods (49)[49.7], Specialist (44)[50.5], Chemistry (41)[45]
ENTER: 99.95

I think the people who get it have a natural aptitude towards learning. Its not something that they just decide in year 12 and work hard and get it. It takes years of hard work to improve all your skills and peak in that year.

I would highly recommend working consistently throughout the year.

It certainly does not take 7 hours of studying a day or whatever to achieve 99.95 - I spent most of my nights on MSN and IRC.  Just set yourself realistic short-term goals, work towards them, and remember to stay relaxed! :)

lol polky, this guy disagrees...QUOTE from some guy in the Herald Sun who got a 99.95

"I came to Australia (from Korea) in 2003 as a year 7 student with no English background. I only spent two or three hours sleeping and most of the time studying,"
