Minh-Quan Nguyen's older sister went to my school - she graduated at age 15 in 2004. I reckon smart-ness runs in their family!
I went to school with Eric Leung...that guy is unbelievably smart, to say the least lol. No one was surprised at all to hear that he got 99.95 and Dux! And he does EVERYTHING, not just studying.
Hahaha yeah, when someone gets 40s for spesh in year 11 and calls it a crap score you know they're headed toward 99.95

Yep...nina graduated last year. And YES everyone knows Eric. He's just...THE Eric lol!
And seriously, I can't believe he thoght 43 raw in Spesh, IN YEAR 11, was a crap score, and actually REDID it this year...LOL.

*Edit: In '04, some people at my school told me that Minh-Quan Nguyen's sister got yelled at by their mum for "only" getting a 95 or something...and she was 14 when she graduated...not sure how much truth there is to that though!! Well, mum must be happy with this one lol! :S

Could that person be lying about their "tactics" I mean I highly doubt someone who slept 2-3 hours a night for a whole year could possibly get 99.95... but then I wouldn't know what it takes to get 99.95 :-[

I would highly recommend working consistently throughout the year.

It certainly does not take 7 hours of studying a day or whatever to achieve 99.95 - I spent most of my nights on MSN and IRC.  Just set yourself realistic short-term goals, work towards them, and remember to stay relaxed! :)

lol polky, this guy disagrees...QUOTE from some guy in the Herald Sun who got a 99.95

"I came to Australia (from Korea) in 2003 as a year 7 student with no English background. I only spent two or three hours sleeping and most of the time studying,"

I think that's complete bollocks.

I use to have a sleep schedule like that. After two months of only 2-4 hours of sleep a day, things become crap (at least for me). Migraines and sleep where you fall asleep without actually remembering to sleep if you know what I mean. It's just like your brain shuts down. All I got out of it was building up a huge caffeine tolerance.

Wow... I have always slept throughout the year no matter what! I am pretty happy with my ENTER score, and wouldn't dare to lose any sleep, even for a 99.95. :P

i honestly would rather health and happiness over any amazing enter score

Well now he has happiness AND an amazing enter score.

And also really bad acne, really bad fitness, limited friends, limited social skills and no real life experience of how to handle themselves in a variety of situations.

OK. I think theres been some misunderstanding. The quote must have been taken out of context like he was probs talking about his schedule the week before the exam, and if so, then fair enough. If since year 7, then........i dunno wat to say.
