Hmm
I wanna send a girl at an all girls school flowers for valentines AS A FRIEND.
Can you send them to the school and they get them or something?
Do they allow that?

I read in the paper today that some schools are banning it (so you'd have to send it to their home address) but as far as I know, most schools do allow it. I'm not sure which part of the school you'd send them to though.

hrm as a friend? i dunno dude. i think she might interpret it as something a little more than that given its valentines day and the whole flowers thing.

Don't make em red... pick pink or white if you're gonna do something like that. Make sure you attach a nice little note to the 'friend' effect too.
I gave yummy, pink cupcakes to all my friends last year, and a gift to my valentine as well. This year I think I'll give my bestie a new 'best friend' necklace, coz she lost her old charm. She always feels left out on Valentines Day, so I hope it'll cheer her up. Most girls get right in2 Valentines Day (even if it's mostly friendship gifts, like me), so I'm sure she'll appreciate your gift costargh.

what a lovely gesture - although i'd suggest yellow roses because that's the "friendship" colour

At my school (also all girls), normally flowers are taken to the general office and the student is called over the loud speakers.
This year however they've banned it and say they will send the flowers back :(

Maybe you should check with someone else who goes to the school just to be sure.

at my old school in denmark the student council would organise carnations (roses were too expensive). you could pay money and choose your colour of carnation (white for friendship, pink for crush, red for love) and send it (possibly anonymously) to someone, along with a note if you wanted to. seemed to work pretty well.

on the other hand, they never had anything like that at my school in melbourne. guess it was a bit unnecessary at an all boys school...

Yeh Eriny I read it in the paper and was just wondering whether it was just one or two schools or if it was across the board.

Mmm we've had many conversations about "what we are" considering we have a history and yeh we both know that at the moment we aint goin for relationship and she knows that and i know that (repeatin myself i realise lol)

Hmm I dont know anymore. My last years valentine was sick on the day =(
