Last year, my class of 2007 had 7 or 8 study scores over 40 while this year's class of 2008 it only had 1...
Next year hopefully should be better because the 2009 cohort at my old school is pretty damn smart and they all wanna do very very very well :D ...I think....

Heh. Yeah, my old school always does pretty well at english (I think in my year something like 34% of students got over 40 in it). It's a bit of a mixed bag in other subjects. I was pretty impressed that someone from my school got 50 in spec, so wasn't too surprised to discover that he got 99.95 and a scholarship to UoM.

4 people managed to got 40 or above from my school, which makes my year's cohort 300% better than last year's. Woohoo!

Haha gj!

Not sure about exact numbers but quite afew people got 40+ from my school this year... An above average cohort from my school I think.

Except afew scores were lower than I thought... Like for eco I expected about 4 people over 40 and one of those to get 48+ but she only got 40. Ahh well, that's how it goes I guess.
We got the same enter! (i might have said this already, but whatever, gj!)

I just checked the study score analysis thingy posted here, and I was wrong. We're 600% more awesome! ^^ (before, I just checked the subjects I did. xD) I think that's pretty good for a year level that spent most of its time looking into mirrors fixing make-up, checking for split ends and aspiring to master back flips. I remember a couple of years ago they accidentally posted the top five enters in the school newsletter, and by no. 4 we were into the low 70s. xD This year we got a couple of 90s, and a bunch of 80s. Gosh, I'm so proud, haha.

osmoister: did you give VTAC/VCAA the permission to publish your results?

Lol, I don't think our school has EVER gotten a student in English... Well, maybe once or twice, but they were like, just 40's... I envy all the smart schools; especially since our school's average ENTER was something below or just above 50.
