A friend, who was an SRC rep, dyed her hair bright orange. Had to redye it hehe. It still wasn't exactly 'natural' but they let her keep it. Don't think my school's ever suspended anyone though.

My school (because it's Catholic) only ever asks people to leave. So you can be asked to leave and you can say 'no' and stay on :)

I reckon the person disappearing is very sus.

So they won't expel someone even if they're horrible?

Yup. They can't under the rules of some board for Victorian (or Australian - I have no idea) Catholic schools. I think Catholic schools believe they can works through problems and do all they can before the school resorts to trying to make a student leave.

The Year 12s in my school get to wear free dress from Term 2 onwards :D

Anyway, my school used to be pretty slack on uniform, but they've recently started cracking down really hard on any uniform deviants, and being quite overbearing to tell the truth :P Don't know what happened but they've gone batshit crazy this year with rules and regulations.

Free dress! I would love to do that... although it would get kinda annoying always having to decide every morning what to wear.

OMG I hate wearing free dress to uni. I miss being able to roll out of bed into my school dress and literally walking out the door. I have to allow extra time now because I have to work out what to wear! I'd love to go back to my uniform... except maybe the blazer and hat... but even then uniforms made the world so much easier even though my school was pretty strict.

Summer: dress which was meant to go down to the knees - they have only just starting to enforce this rule... they gave up with our year level too many skanks! knee high white socks, jumper, blazer and hat. We had to wear our blazer outside of school if it was below 30 degrees otherwise we were able to wear just our dresses. So if you were hot and it was 29 degrees you couldn't just wear your dress you had to take your jumper off and put your blazer on so you didn't over heat. Really bloody annoying.

Winter was white shirt, jumper, stockings and pleated skirt which was also meant to go down to the knee but was worn much like the dress. You wouldn't be caught dead not wearing your jumper with this uniform... it just wasn't done! We also  had a trusty blazers :| AND we weren't allowed to wear white scarves... it had to black or navy blue.

It takes me long enough to decide for weekends :(
How will I cope at uni lol? I get paranoid that if I wear something one week I can't wear it the next otherwise it'll seem like that's all I own.

Ah i was like that at first but trust me most people do that anyways so you dont need to worry if you wear something twice in 2 weeks :) ... heck some of them wear the same thing almost every day

Thanks God. Otherwise I would have to buy clothes double the size of my wardrobe at the moment for next year - I have no clothes but for my uniform... only just starting to buy more clothes now.
