Media via Correspondence?

I'm in a predicament..
Going into Year 12 next year, with hopes of going into Film at VCA when i finish. There are no prerequisite subjects or enter score so it's fine apart from teh fact that its extremely hard to get into.
I think media would be a really good subject to take, I'm really passionate about it, and have a fairly decently knowledge already. I know i could get a really good mark, and, failing VCA, it could also help me get into other courses.
The only problem is that my school offers less than half of the VCE subjects, and of course media is one they don't offer.
Is there any institution or school that I could do media at, maybe after hours or on weekends? Or is there a way that I could do all the work in my own time and just hand it in at the school?
Thanks for your help  :)

You might be able to do it at TAFE - I don't know about single subjects, but RMIT have students completing their VCE there.. you might want to investigate that. Give them a call perhaps :)

You could always do Distance Ed.
Follow this link: http://www.distance.vic.edu.au/subschools/ss1112.htm

It's a subject outside of school. My sister did it for business a couple of years ago. She really liked it.
Speak to your coordinators about it.
