What's a Pi form?

How do I make one? :o

A Pi form is for non year 12 students who want to transfer from one course to another (in unis and between other unis)...

You need to log into My info on the VTAC website to access it; not really sure of the procedure, but I'm gonna be doing it next year, so I will know by then. :)
