8800GT > 8600GT.

Prices are low anyway, 9 series has pushed it down.

Khalid, I suggest you to get the Nvidia 9600GT, good performance and it's also way better than the cards you're after. The price is $151, (msy). I have 1 , just thought I'd recommend it .

Oh btw, on Source, I get 300 fps average (online servers) and that is because server operators put in the command fps_max 300.

Dont you have a 8400 xD that not half of the 8600gt performance but one more question i dont want to use Dx 10 and it says you need Dx 10 for the 8600Gt

You'll be struggling. But you might make it, who knows.

I'd chuck in a 400-450W PSU just to be on the safe side, with some headroom.
