The above video is absolute crap and mostly corporate PR spin. If you speak to any investment banker in private who doesn't have a HR rep or PR rep breathing down their neck, they will tell you that most of what that video calls "myths" are pretty much true.

Don't even bother asking HR reps at the big Investment Banking firms about whether you can have a work life balance, because they are simply not going to tell you the reality. If you really want to know what the work hours are like you should speak to the Investment Banker themselves, in private and off the record, of course.

i think currently the best thing to watch is a doco on abc called wallstreet warriors. Gives great insight, an info.
