Yeah, I scanned through without doing the questions and decided any final score is relatively meaningless.
I find that questions structured in that way are very dependent on how you want to report yourself. You know which option leads to a low score, which one leads to a high score, and select according to how you want yourself to be perceived, not what you actually feel.
If it was to be kept in that format it should just be agree/disagree/neutral, at best. Just because I bet a lot of people were umming and erring between 'slightly' and 'strongly' (or whatever words they used) and were like 'I'll just pick the more positive one'

I've seen questionaires where there are strongly agree, slightly agree, slightly disagree, strongly disagree and the slightly/strongly modifiers mean nothing xD
