Reinstalling ITUNES

I'm having a major issue with itunes at the moment.

No matter how many times I try to uninstall itunes, it won't do it. I can't open itunes and yet I can't reinstall it with my CD now because even when I do that, it won't open.

I go into Add/Remove programs and select itunes to remove, yet it stops half way through and won't fully delete.

What can I do people? LOL

one way is to go to program files and delete ur itunes folder then clean the registry
