Do you really get wetter by running in rain?

 And if so, by what factor? so if it takes me 10 secs to run from A to B and 30 secs to walk, which will leave me wetter?

This can't be true. If you run, isn't it faster than if you walk? Unless of course, if you run at lightning speeds, and attract rain as a result? Lol, I don't know. :P

rain takes time to fall. if you run fast enough, you literally walk into the rain in front of you.
