a guy from my school made a similar site called vceonline, apparently its only for students from our school or something and before he did that he told me he approached enwaibe and asked basicly if he could buy "his site" lol.

No offer was ever made, only the intent to buy. I flatly rejected straight out. Also, they were masquerading as a not-for-profit volunteer educational organisation. I assume by that, they underhandedly meant their school.
