No they don't.
I don't know a single person my age that owns or has driven a motorbike/scooter. So I don't know how someone who has not even hit puberty, somehow drives a motorbike.

actually my neighbours kid, hes like 10 or 11 i think has one of them mini motor bikes..and yes its a motorbike not a motorscooter. pretty kewl.

i have a mini chopper, they're very fun. Oh and yes you can get them when you're young, it's just you're not supposed to. They are the real deal and mine can go up to 150ishkm/h, so i can hit the freeway if i wasn't scared.

Why would i want to hit puberty im only 10 id think about that at the age of 13 :S rietie
and its a mini-motorbike -_- dont you ever hear people in the streets that go really fast on motorbikes(dirt-motorbikes) and they really loud dats mostly Well 14 years olds thought i dont care there tons of people my age with motorbikes

I think she said you havn't hit puberty, not that you want to.
