No point watching some now, then pausing for exams, then watch again, then exams. Gte exmas done with, and reap the rewards :)

Correction to previous post, Glee is now one of my favourite shows.

The plot is occasionally rather cliche, but the dialogue (especially Jane Lynch) is terrific and the songs are wonderful

<3

That girl... the one who was like 'Glee club rules, I'm the lead', then wasn't the lead anymore and was like 'you're making other people happy at my expense', and then quit... yeah... she needs a reality check.

I like the bitch-cheerleader-coach-lady (Susan Sullivan? Something like that...)

Clearly I don't watch it every week, but it's still fun to watch! ^_^

I love Rachel (up herself lead chick), she sing so well! The actress, Lea Michelle does lots of musicals on broadway ^^. But yeah, she is a tad frustrating. Sue Sylvester FTW (played by Jane Lynch)

Glee is amaaazing. I end up watching new episodes on my computer and then rewatching them on the TV two weeks later, teehee.

I actually enjoy how over-the-top the stereotypes are and it's bright and campy fun for me. And Itty Bitty/Olive Snook from Pushing Daisies guest starred last night which made me squee all over the place.

Yeah, Glee's creator, Ryan Murphy is like a god to me for creating Popular and Nip/Tuck.

Kristen Chenoweth was fantastic last night, she also is a broadway regular, staring recently as Glinda in Wicked! on broadway ^^

BTW, look here to listen to any of the FULL length songs: http://www.gleesongs.com/

My only complaint with Glee so far, is that Finn isn't that great a singer except most likely he will win that musical scholarship, whilst Kevin McHale (guy in the wheelchair), sings an awful lot better, they just never show it off (listen to some of the tracks on that website to see what I mean).

I agree Finn isn't that great a singer and the autotune is a bit distracting and also the lip synching of everyone is really obvious sometimes. And yeah, I was annoyed when they cut out Kevin/Artie's section from Somebody To Love because that sounded really great.

On the topic of Wicked, I can't wait till they sing a certain song off Wicked (lol I don't know if this is spoiler-ish).

Other new (possible) favourite shows I'm watching include FlashForward and Psych.

Did you see that mashup of confessions by Usher and the song by jon bon jovi. Fuck, Glee doesn't look that bad, I might watch it after exams.

After delving into the very bizarre world of American television, I found this absolutely hilarious show:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6Tk3SlgPxo

Basically it's one of those shows that is so bad it becomes unintentionally hilarious. A bunch of scientists and 'experts' go about trying to scientifically prove hypothetical situations such as who would win in a fight between a ninja and a spartan or a pirate and a knight. It's just so hilarious watching them take this stuff seriously and use all these electronic gizmos to basically deduce that getting your skull crushed by a mace would probably kill you.

Oh yeah and to top it off, they actually act out the battle, complete with excessive amounts of gore and yelling. I actually fell out of my seat laughing when the Yakuza starting fighting the Mafia with nunchucks.
