This is a XKCD comic. I saw that there had been quite a bit of discussion relating to these few questions. Question 1 was said to be quite easy but question 2 not so much.

Feel free to attempt these [fun] questions.

for those who want to carry on, this is where I got:

assuming the same acceleration data from question 1

for $0\le t\le 6.25$ , assuming a plane where "you" are at the origin and the wounded velociraptor is on the y axis

velociraptor on the bottom right:

$r_v(t) = 24a \cdot e^{-2t^2} \cdot \left(\int_0^t t^2 \cdot e^{2t^2}\; dt + \frac{5}{12a}\right) \textbf{i} + 24b \cdot e^{-2t^2} \cdot \left(\int_0^t t^2 \cdot e^{2t^2}\; dt - \frac{5}{12\sqrt{3}b}\right) \textbf{j}$

$r_v(t) = 24a \cdot e^{-2t^2} \cdot \left(\sum_{n=0}^{\infty}\frac{2^n\cdot t^{2n+3}}{n!\cdot (2n+3)} + \frac{5}{12a}\right) \textbf{i} + 24b \cdot e^{-2t^2} \cdot \left(\sum_{n=0}^{\infty}\frac{2^n\cdot t^{2n+3}}{n!\cdot (2n+3)} - \frac{5}{12\cdot \mbox{sgn}(b)\cdot \sqrt{3-3a^2}}\right) \textbf{j}$

you:

$r_u(t) = 6t \cdot (a\textbf{i} + b\textbf{j})$

where $\hat{u} = a\textbf{i} + b\textbf{j}$ is the direction you run in.

I don't think everyone has the privileges of raptors. But oh well, I'm sure you'd have fun in maths even without them.
