Paternity tests prove hundreds of men duped

An women's groups think that men do not have the right to set the record straight, as they've essentially been forced to pay for a child which is not theirs? I'm just simply disgusted by these people who think that women ought to be able to unjustly enrich themselves (and their child) and expect that a man that is not the father to not be able to claim it back.

This law is a step in the right direction.

How on earth is that a breach of privacy when presumably the results *SHOULD* just show that the man is the paternal father of the child and that's it?

It's an example of an argument that may be given by the same children's women's rights groups - irrational and logically flawed.

A court can force a DNA test, but for some bizarre reason, they mostly choose not to.
