If a company wants to charge more for women then men or more for a specific racial group, I think the legal system should step in and put a stop to it. I don’t care how it affects profit. Freedom can be given to businesses whilst still ensuring that their practices adequately protect all those in society.
If a female prostitute chooses only to serve white men and not black men, will you say that the State is right and just to force her to serve black men against her will? Or if a female prostitute explicitly chooses not to serve fat people, will you say that the State is right and just in forcing her to serve fat people too? Doing so is in essence forcing one person to serve another - slavery.
