Well... Eventually I decided I couldn't be bothered... Sorry guys. I just can't keep away from VN or from watching movies. I guess I just don't deserve a job the way I'm going.

Oh oh, have you tried applying for a job with mystery shoppers?
It's quite fun actually, I've been sent out to a few shops here and there.

Could someone go into more detail about being a mystery shopper? What sort of hours do you work/pay/do you choose where you "shop"/etc. Also, is it more of "side-job"?

Lol, let me shed some light on this...
What you do is register as a member on their site, they send you assignments which you either accept or ignore, and then you're sent to a place to review their service; which could also mean you buy something from them, and you fill in a report, and then you're paid accordingly. It's more of a side-job.

About how often would you be given the opportunity to do one of these assignments?
And also, will they send you assignments for like all suburbs? Or will they only give you places that are close to you?
I'm signing up now but i'm wondering if i should put my real postcode in, or should i just put 3000 lol

Well if you put in the correct postcode, then they'll give you assignments in your area. As for how often they'll send you assignments, it really depends, sometimes it's like once a fortnight, sometimes once a month, just depends on which stores need to be reviewed. Hope that helps.

i have got a job for christmas, but not for the rest of my time.

im keeping fingers crossed that i get a trainieship for a legal firm ...
and if i get into RMIT next year i defer for 1 year

I had an interview today.
It was pretty scary, a group interview with 4 guys + me lol
They all seemed so confident and had experience. Compared to them, i seem like such a noob
So yeah, i doubt i'll get that job

Then i walked all around the city and gave in my resume to like 15 stores.
If i still don't get a job after all this, i seriously dunno what to do...

as long as its not at a fast food store, im prepared to work anywhere preferably entertainment stores tho, like JB/Sanity/EB games etc

applied to aus post as well for a sorting job, its night hours like 1-7 am. apparently my friend did it, thats how i found out. would be cool as if i got it.
