Most places prefer wait staff with experience...

I had a part time job throughout this year, although I only worked on Fridays + Weekends. TBH, if I didn't have the part time job I would've just spent the extra time I had procrastinating anyway. Strangely enough it was a nice break from school.

It's fine 2 work during year 12, tho u should aim 2 work only a handful of hours (5-10 hrs imo, jst 4 an idea).

I personally did not, but I had other things keeping me borderline sane.

A job is a job, even if the training is unpaid then u should still do it 2 show a potential employer how willing and hard-working u r.

My med reception job was ~40 hrs of unpaid training BUT now I know wot I'm doing, I've got my foot in the door of an area of the workforce that is hell-bent on prior exp, and I'm on a pretty good hourly rate if I don't say so myself.

humm yeah. but most places also prefere RSA. right to serve alco.

anyone got one of them? not through school and how can i get one and how long will this course take?
