Hazards test?

Apparently you need to do this before you go for your P's? I guess I want to know what it is because I can't wait to just start driving without anybody else in the car with me so I can listen to my own music. :( (I really hate Britney Spears from my younger sisters and techno music from my older brother. :()

Is there any preparation I can do to before hand? I'm thinking about booking it before I turn 18. :(

You can practise it on the Vicroads website, I believe. Apparently, it's quite hard.

Aww... That sucks. What does it involve exactly? I'm guessing that a 'hazard' is something that you avoid?

Pressing the computer screen when you think you should stop to avoid a hazard.

Oh... I thought you had to drive and everything. :O

If you get about 80%, you're doing *very* well.

Most average around 65-75%, I believe.

Nah, the test just doesn't make any sense, so to speak.

I think you can just do the test before you turn 18 so you can get your P's?

I don't know if they care, but you need to hold your Ls for at least a year before you can get your Ps, and the hazard perception test result only lasts 6 months.
