Your IQ itself doesn't really matter that much, it's what you do with it that counts. If your IQ is 140, academic stuff may be easier for you than for someone with an IQ of, say, 110, but if you sit at home all day watching episodes of the Bold and the Beautiful or something, it barely matters. IQ is more about what you're born with (and what culture you belong to!) rather than about your potential and ability to develop your intellect.

I think JFK was the smartest with an IQ of 155-160, or something like that. Bush is the lowest out of all of them, well thats what I think.
