Having trouble logging onto "MYINFO" on VTAC

Every time i try logging onto my information link because i want to re check my UNI preferences i keep getting an error message, Like "Internet explorer has reported an error do you want us to; SEND or NOT SEND?" And obviously i am forced to click on one of them and then the whole window just shuts down.

What seems to be wrong?

Is it something with my internet setting or do i need to load something?

Shud it be moved to the technology section where it can get more technical attention?
