Hey,
When i click links on webpages that lead to pop-ups, my computer just shows a flash of the window and closes it straight away,
even when i have the pop-up blocker turned off.
Could anyone please help me?
Thanks

This isn't exactly a solution, more of a workaround, but have you considered using another browser?

Firefox? Chrome?

They are far more superior than IE on many grounds.
