i use 7-8 GB a month. That's all taken up by downloading Numb3rs and Prison Break that just aired in the states. But 21GB in 27 days is massive.

Other than a few t.v shows from the U.S, I don't download much. A few months ago we supposedly used 12 GB in just over a week. That's when we found out that someone else was using our unsecured wireless network and I had to set up encryption on it.

Heh, but the person who's piggybacking on your wireless might be, and there's no way of proving otherwise when they cops trace the downloads to your (external) IP address.
