It's called FMA: Brotherhood, follows from season 1, takes place shortly before the Liore Incident from the first anime.

I get all my episodes downloaded from www.anime-sub.com :P

Theres 4 OVA's Haruka's route, quite good, I preferred them over the original ending :)

I think it's real. However, don't expect to get confirmation for a while, the marketing people must be very, very evil.

EDIT: an afterthought, if this really was just a rerun of the series, the marketing is incredible. there MUST be something more afterwards.
