My Dad just thinks of anime as "Japanese cartoons"... he randomly makes bullshit translations when he walks past and I'm watching.

Skipping Gundam Seed and moving to Gundam 00 instead, love all the OPs <3

Watching 720p version now, is the entire series out in Blue Ray yet, and is the graphics improvement (on almost perfection anyway) worth the most likely 1g per ep?

Oh my god I totally know what you mean with the Gundam 00 OPs.  They're absolutely beautiful, both in terms of animation and music!

As for the graphics, probably not.  720p is fine.

Oh that depends - what if you've got a 1080p (and bigger) compatible TV/monitor?

But yeah, for something like Gundam 00, probably not worth the effort...  ;D

All the music in Gundam 00, the inserts, everything is fucking perfect EXCEPT for ED 1 WDF IS THAT SONG? ITS SPASTIC?

I haven't watched much anime, but so far I like - Code Geass, L saga of Death Note (I hate the N saga >.<), first 12 episodes of Phantom of the Requiem and... DRAGON BALL Z!!! LOL

Regarding Kanon 2006, what subs provide the highest quality video? I found that Eclipse was a bit fuzzy, and Exiled Destiny wasn't that much better (considering the file size was almost double), anyone tried Arigatou subs for Kanon 2006?

Not actually anime, but it's the closest thing I've got excluding Pokemon/Dragonball which I watched eons ago but Avatar: The Last Airbender is awesome.

That said though, I plan on watching Death Note later since I've read (half) the manga and I don't even read manga or watch anime.

Not anime, but I still enjoyed watching Avatar: The Last Airbender.
It's not deep or anything, just something fun to watch.
They've made a real-life movie... like, people actors, not cartoons... don't really know much about it, but I saw a trailer for it.
