^wow what an epic list, I feel motivated to make one now. That's a lot of Gundam watched...After watching 00, I started watching Seed and that just put me off Gundam.

Best one would probably be Gundam X IMO, closely followed by 0080.

SEED's storyline for the first 30 or so episodes is almost an exact copy of that of the original series.  It kind of picks up a bit in the second half, but I didn't like most of the characters so that kind of put me off...

Destiny, in contrast, was actually quite enjoyable for me until about episode 35.  I was one of the three people who actually liked Shinn, and making Kira the main character again made me rage.  

And my list is from an accumulated 12 years of Anime watching, starting with Ninja Senshi Tobikage at around the age of 4-5.    I've become slack lately though, watching one or two Anime per season at most.  Last few seasons it was Geass/Macross Frontier/Gundam 00, now it's just Dragon Ball Kai.  I also have a really bad habit of never watching "current" Anime (apart from the really popular mecha ones), in favour of revisiting classics.  My current project alongside DBK is Gankutsuou, once I get all of it...

I am one who believes that they should just get rid of kira as the main character and put Lelouch in instead, Lelouch has skillz unlike kira.

Yeah true, I liked Shinn but near the end he kinda sucked (even with such a powerful destiny gundam)

I never EVER watch current anime because of the wait for each episode to come out... lol I'm those kind of person who just finishes a series in one go

And I saw Fafner on your list, such a good series, the characters are typical of Hisashi Hirai. The main character was basically a Arthun look-alike

Truetears, I'm sorry, I cannot like Gundam Seed =[ I watched until ~episode 20 (and I finished Strawberry Panic), and I just couldn't hack it any longer.

According to the director of the series, Shinn is actually on par with Athrun and Kira, if not better than Athrun.  I (along with most people I've encountered) blame Shinn's suckiness towards the end as mainly a result of bad writing and bias against him from the scriptwriter (who liked Kira a lot...).

And hell yeah @ Fafner.  Hisashi Hirai's character designs make me lol.  It gets to the point where even characters within the same series look the same...(eg. Maya and Canon =_=).

Haha, ironically Lelouch is even worse than Kira in the one aspect where people like to criticise Kira's piloting (ie. use of computer/aimbot).

It's crap.  Go watch Wing, unless you can't stand slightly outdated animation.  Alternatively, 08th MS Team is well liked action-wise.

Gundam 00 is Over9000 times better, but then again, 9000 times zero is still zero.

...Maybe that was a bit harsh. It's just that, for me, the plot doesn't seem to progress at all...and the action is excessive

I agree, gundam wing was definitely a good series, but for me those graphics are too old
