Did they ask permission for the publication of offers? When we were given that permissions form thing in school, I selected 'no' for everything.

You were given an option in MyInfo on the vtac site under Offer publication status.

Last year, I'm pretty sure it went up at 7:30pm (i.e. around the same time it became available at news agencies/ fed square/ state library)

Nah it wasn't, if my memory serves me correctly. It was around 7:30 pm that the offers list was up on the Herald Sun website. (Although, it is pretty light outside at 7:30 pm :P)

Unless you're thinking of the day after, when offers were available through VTAC at 9 am?

hm. Interesting, I think I am wrong lol. But I remember viewing Ahmad's offer (LOOOOL)  and it was like day. But then again, 7.30pm is still quite bright in summer rofl.
