Internet explorer 7 -> okayish, but nothing special.
Internet explorer 8 beta -> beyond fail, nothing works. Compatibility mode has to be used so often it's not funny
Chrome -> fast but no add ons. Compatibility/standards compliance issues.
Opera -> nothing special, extra features built in can all be done by Firefox add ons anyway.

Firefox -> fast and a super huge library of awesome add ons. With add ons rapes any other browser in features.

Therefore...Firefox = win

Firefox! Haven't tried IE8, and don't plan to.

Does it? I think it looks quite nice. if you don't like the look, you can add themes. For example, I'm currently using Silvermel

I think the icons make it look cluttered, and if you compared it with Chrome, its just the tabs in the top bar.

Firefox 3 is great, but my one is getting kind of virus-y with google searches, so now I'm using Opera more often, which I like quite a lot as well. The new Explorer is good now that it has tabs, but I still don't like it very much (maybe because it's evil).

Opera. Everything is built in and I don't have to go and download 'add-ons' myself.
