You can get the first and second season for Dexter for $25 each at JB HI-FI.

Season 2 is currently airing on Monday Nights on TEN at 9.30pm, however the first episode has already been shown and its fairly essential.

Alternatively, one can find episodes on http://www.sidereel.com/Dexter
I recommend the MegaVideo links for fast loading.
