We can't just deport him for his crimes. Do we deport other Australian citizens for their crimes? If we let immigrants into our country we must be willing to accept the consequences of giving them the same rights as everyone else in our country. OK, right. There is a problem with Australia when it comes to alcohol. I just dont like how they make it sound that its entirely Australia's fault. There are millions of teenagers like him living in Australia, but are they drunkards who are going around killing people? The problem with this guy lies in his own attitude.

I dearly hope your suggested policy would have a list of 'deportable offences', not just ship out anyone and everyone who comitted a crime; regardless of whether it was a summary or indictable offence.

Obviously you exercise restraint and reason, but anything like as assualt/aggravated burglary/murder etc would carry a deportation sentence, when you have been given such a fantastic opportunity as to live in Australia, and then you commit such serious offences, it does demonstrate that you are obviously undesirable to society.
