If you have to pay to 'work' for them, it's surely a scam.

Being an IT- Applications student, the website lacks basic formats and conventions.
It's a fake

Typical characteristics of a fake webpage:
-links are almost hidden
-more than three colours and font sizes have been used
-it was last updated in 2003
-graphics are hardly visible
-waay too much info on just one page

YOU'VE BEEN SCAMMED, NOW GIVE ME ALL YOUR MONEY.

jokes jokes

seriously though, I reckon the links on http://www.ktyresearch.com/ are quite visible, as they are on vcenotes.com

Hmmm.. the vcenotes.com intro page remind me of Year 10 Web Authoring, I made a FIFA world cup site that was quite similar.
Unfortunately my IT skills are all but extinct now :)

Golden rule - if it's too good to be true, then it probably is.
