But you haven't booked it in yet, have you? If you'd already booked it in, then I would say you have a fair argument on your side. If you have not yet booked it and still have the ability to add people, then you really should. Only once you've booked it should you be able to say no to people.

OK, after discussing this issue with Over9000, it is apparent that the organisers are not comfortable with inviting EvangelionZeta for reasons which I cannot directly reveal due to rule 7 in the Code of Conduct, but I will guarantee that it is justified. So now, could we please have no more further comment on this issue, thanks.
