You have to go in order and you cannot go back to a section even if you have extra time.

Although they can't really stop it, but I still wouldn't advise it =T I missed about 8 questions or so in section 1 and just guessed and shaded them in once section 2 started. However, I definitely wouldn't flip back to another section as the sections have logos on the corners so the invigilators can clearly see if you're on the wrong page.
