... that penguins can accept something that us humans still cannot. And yet we claim to be the most intelligent species.

Quote
Two "gay" male penguins have hatched a chick and are now rearing it as its adoptive parents, says a German zoo.

BUT NINA, HOMOSEXUAL MARRIAGE WILL RUIN MY MARRIAGE.

AS THEY ARE GETTING MARRIED BECAUSE OF LOVE, NOT BECAUSE THEY GOT KNOCKED UP AFTER THE PROM.

Actually, a lot of animals actually have homosexual tendencies. There's even a museum exhibition, called "Against Nature?" about this.

Did you ask other penguins how they felt about homosexuality?

Fail. Ugh, it was pretty close as well.

Stuff like this shouldn't even be decided on by votes because there's going to be problems when the majority has to vote for the rights of a minority.

thats just two penguins lol. Similar to humans, there may be some penguins who accept and embrace it - whilst other penguins may be repulsed homosexuality.

I heard there was a book about 2 homosexual penguins in Central Park Zoo, which came under intense criticis m from groups like "The American Association for Retaining the Sanctity of the Family" [or something like that] ::)

TBH, it seems strange to describe that as "humbling". We already know we're the only species
with members who encompass ethnic cleansing, live mutilation and other atrocities

That did occur to me. However, those atrocities are far more widely condemned and generally carry a stigma, whereas homophobia is still rampant.
