She's laughing too much for me to tell exactly but most of the time she's just trying to actually talk about the weather

edit: just realised there was a tiny mistake at the start when there's a man on the screen rather than a map, I think that's what she's finding so funny =\ verdict of drugs stands though

From what I can decipher:
- a lot of "excuse me!" and "sorry!"
- "giggle there will be giggle thunderstorms giggle"
- "sorry! it's very early in the morning!!"
- "giggle giggle something Frankfurt"
- "giggle come on keep going with the maps or we'll be too late giggle"
- something about it being between 10 and 16 degrees and then she loses it again when she starts saying "in the north and west" [end video]

My verdict: drugs

edit 2: from video comments:
@ray558000 actually, it's apparently cuz she said something at the beginning about autumn (= herbst in german), and then they showed a quick image of a coworker whose last name is "herbst" taking a nap... get the facts first before u start making meaningless cultural stereotypes...
