excuse the poor language, but i am seriously pissed off with VCAA, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WRITE UP AN ASSESSORS REPORT FOR LEGAL FFS. I'LL DO IT IN 30 MINUTES BUT IT TAKES EM 8 MONTHS FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK AND VCD

Mmm... I am also quite surprised... it's @ the point where I wonder if the 2009 report will come out before the 2008 XD
