The same percentage of people will still get 50s and 45+s, regardless of how hard it is.

In fact, harder exams help to make the distribution fairer (less based on chance of how 'careful' you are, and more based on ability). This may help to produce higher aggregates, overall, as higher Methods scores are matched with truly intelligent students.

Yeah.. even then, the number of spots for Medicine stays the same (and even if the quotas were based on ENTER), then the number of people above a particular ENTER score stays approximately the same too (like with the SS case).

The good news is that the higher ENTERs would be harder to get, due to the higher aggregates arising, and then our next generation of doctors would be just that much more intelligent... surely there's some correlation to medical ability.
