I got kinda angry, I lost 16 marks on the 2007 AND the exact same for 2008. D:
I never really go to check my work again though, even though i finish 40+ mins early for each exam, maybe in the real exam i will pick up on silly mistakes i made?
Your story has given me confidence though, i can only imagine the people who do ITA bludge it and would not even study for it.

Yeah, I finish with about 40 mins to spare too. But for me, I found that when I slowed down my writing speed, gave additonal time to reading the question again and planning my answers, I was able to provide far better responses and managed to reduce a number of lost marks. Then with about 20 minutes to spare, use that to check over the exam.

As my teacher said to me, don't boil over how much marks you can lose for certain scores. The time spent calculating can be used to revising for exams :D

Wow it takes you guys that long? I usually finish in 50 mins and without using reading time, I just dive straight into it. Finding it hard to treat it like a real exam though, as in stuff like rechecking answers after finishing, results aren't that great lol. Averaging 70/90 now. Lose such stupid marks...

ITA is not competitive at all. You can get around 85% on the exam and still get 48+. Also, hardly anyone gets a perfect score on an IT exam.
My friend last year got 50. He spent all of his revision break on his iPhone playing papertoss :o Legend!
