The only thing is, i would be doing spec in 2013 - and by that time i am worried that the scaling will drop.

It might, but it will still be like +10 or higher. Honestly, getting a 40 in spesh (scaled to 50.6 last year, and 50+ in future years) in these conditions is easier than getting a 50 in bio (which stays at 50).
